Last updated: July 9, 2026

These pages are operational policy templates for transparency and risk reduction. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being treated as final legal advice.

Acceptance

By accessing or using INSYDE, you agree to these Terms. If you use INSYDE on behalf of an estate, company, residents association, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services.

The service

INSYDE provides software for estate and community operations, including resident records, billing, wallet records, utility purchases, visitor passes, announcements, maintenance, safety alerts, WhatsApp support, and reporting.

INSYDE is a technology platform. Estates remain responsible for their own rules, charges, staff decisions, access decisions, emergency-response protocols, and communications to residents unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accounts and roles

Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Administrators are responsible for assigning proper roles, removing users who no longer need access, and ensuring that staff only process data for legitimate estate purposes.

Payments, utilities, and wallet records

Payments and utility purchases may be processed through third-party providers. Completion, reversal, settlement, or availability may depend on banks, payment processors, network providers, utility vendors, or other external systems.

Users are responsible for confirming meter numbers, amount, recipient, and transaction details before submitting a purchase or payment. Where an error is caused by incorrect information supplied by a user, reversal may not be possible.

Safety and emergency features

Safety, SOS, visitor, and incident tools are designed to support communication and record-keeping. They do not replace police, medical, fire, emergency, or professional security services.

Users should contact appropriate emergency services directly where there is immediate danger.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse INSYDE, attempt unauthorized access, bypass role permissions, upload illegal content, harass others, submit false reports, interfere with service security, scrape the platform, or use the service for fraud.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep INSYDE reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, network issues, or force majeure events may affect availability.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features where needed for security, compliance, product improvement, or business operations.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INSYDE is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for every estate-specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INSYDE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss caused by third-party systems, user error, unauthorized estate actions, or incorrect data supplied by users.

Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria unless a written agreement with an estate states otherwise.
