Do not misuse the platform
You may not attempt unauthorized access, share accounts, bypass permissions, probe systems, interfere with service availability, scrape data, reverse engineer restricted areas, or use the platform to attack other systems.
Do not harm people
You may not use INSYDE to harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, discriminate against, dox, stalk, or endanger residents, staff, visitors, vendors, or estate representatives.
Do not submit false or unlawful content
You may not submit fraudulent payments, false emergency alerts, fake visitor passes, misleading incident reports, illegal material, malware, spam, or content that violates another person’s rights.
Enforcement
We may suspend accounts, remove content, notify estates, block activity, preserve evidence, report unlawful conduct, or cooperate with authorities where necessary to protect users and the platform.
