Security controls
We use a combination of access controls, authentication, role-based permissions, audit logs, secure configuration, encrypted transport, provider controls, operational monitoring, and least-privilege practices.
No online service can guarantee perfect security. Users and estates share responsibility for strong passwords, correct roles, prompt offboarding, device safety, and reporting suspicious activity.
Incident reporting
Report suspected vulnerabilities, leaked credentials, unauthorized account access, improper staff access, or suspicious platform behavior to support@insydeapp.com. Please include enough detail for us to reproduce or investigate safely.
Responsible disclosure
Do not access, modify, delete, exfiltrate, or disclose data that is not yours. Do not disrupt service availability. Give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix reported issues before public disclosure.
Emergency limitations
INSYDE safety tools support communication and documentation, but they are not a substitute for police, medical, fire, or other emergency services.
